By booking a cleaning with Bubbly And Clean, you agree to the following terms:

Service Description

We provide professional cleaning and sanitizing services for homes, offices, and commercial spaces, always customized to your needs and preferences shared during scheduling.

Payment Policy

Payment is due after cleaning. In some specific cases, it is due at the time of booking and can be securely made via Zelle, credit or debit card. All transactions are safely processed through Square to protect your information.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We completely understand that plans can change! However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment cannot be accepted. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee of the booked service will apply. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our team’s time.

Quality Guarantee

Your happiness is at the heart of everything we do. If you’re not fully satisfied with your cleaning, just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll happily return to make things right at no extra cost. We do not offer refunds.

Customer Preparation & Responsibility

Please make sure that the cleaning area is ready for our team to work efficiently. Let us know beforehand about any delicate items, special surfaces, or pre-existing damages so we can take the best possible care of your space.

Limitation of Liability

Bubbly And Clean is not responsible for damages caused by unreported pre-existing issues or environmental conditions at the property. We always do our best to handle your home with care, but clear communication helps us serve you better.

Bubbly And Clean Offers SMS notifications for appointment confirmations, reminders, promotional offers, and other relevant communications related to our carpet and upholstery cleaning services.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
